Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unopened and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@mannaharvest.com. Please note that customers must request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) before returning any item. RMAs are subject to approval. Returns most likely will be sent to our main warehouse at the following addresses:

However, we reserve the right to have it shipped to another warehouse/location based on the product and/or address it is coming from.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you the instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs
Please be aware that shipping costs for returned items will not be refunded or included in the refund amount. Customers are responsible for covering the cost of shipping the item back to us, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can assess the issue and make it right.

For all appliances, including cutlery, grain mills, shower filters, Berkey filtration systems, and other kitchen and household appliances, please contact the manufacturer directly to inquire about their warranty and product policies.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
- Custom products (special orders, personalized items)
- Personal care items (beauty products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

If you have any concerns about your specific item, please reach out to us. Additionally, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a replacement item is to return the original product first, and once the return is accepted, place a new order separately.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For merchandise shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason, without providing a justification. As stated above, the item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags and packaging, along with proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and inform you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days of delivery of the product. Please keep in mind that banking institutions may take additional time to process and post the refund to your account.

If you have not seen the money deposited after more than 15 business days since your return package was delivered, please contact us at support@mannaharvest.com.

🚚 Shipping & Delivery Disclaimer

Please note that all shipping and delivery timeframes provided on our store are estimates only and are not guaranteed. While we strive to ensure timely delivery, actual transit times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as courier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, and high-volume periods.

 

🔄 Returns & Restocking Fee

For items returned due to change of mind or similar circumstances, a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in original condition, and returned within the specified return window.

Any dispute filed automatically nullifies the option for a refund.
