Ingredients

organic cane sugar, organic palm fruit shortening, organic chocolate chips semi sweet, organic raw coconut crystals, organic chocolate chips, bitter sweet, organic all purpose flour, organic pastry flour, organic eggs, water, organic vanilla, baking soda, salt, baking powder

Directions

Step 1: Let cookie dough thaw in fridge
Step 2: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
Step 3: Cut into ½ inch rounds for 2 dozen cookies
Step 4: Place 2 inches apart on a parchment lined baking sheet and flatten slightly
Step 5: Bake 7 min for a soft chewy cookie.
Step 6: Place on cooling rack until fully cooled
