This delicious breakfast cereal is made with whole grain hard red wheat, whole grain rye, barley, whole grain oats, and whole grain triticale, with flaxseed added for an extra nutritional boost. Ingredients

Directions

For hot cereal: Stir 1 cup cereal into 2 ½ cups rapidly boiling water. Reduce heat and cook 10–15 minutes (depending on desired consistency), stirring occasionally. Salt to taste. Serve with honey and milk. Makes 2 cups.
