Mulled Cider: Add 1 quart apple cider and 2 tablespoons mulling spice mix and simmer for 15-20 minutes. Strain cider and serve hot. Garnish with a cinnamon stick. May be chilled and served over ice.

Mulled Wine: Add 1/3 to ½ cup sugar to 1 quart red wine and 2 tablespoons mulling spice mix and simmer for 15-20 minutes. Strain wine and serve hot. Garnish with a cinnamon stick. May be chilled and served over ice.
