This delicious soup mix blends the nutritional benefits and flavors of lentils, split green and yellow peas, long brown rice, and a savory blend of organic spices into one hearty and filling bowl your family is sure to love! 

Lentils and split peas are packed with plenty of protein, fiber, and many important vitamins and minerals including vitamins A, K, B1 (thiamine), and B9 (folate), molybdenum, manganese, potassium, and phosphorus. Plus, brown rice is a rich source of magnesium and selenium. That’s a lot of goodness in one meal!

Our organic quick bean soup mix is great on its own, but you can take it to the next level by adding diced tomatoes or other veggies. Experiment with different ingredients to find a recipe that’s perfect for you and your family!

Please note for 25 lb package: 1 lb quick bean soup seasoning packets sold separately for 25 lb size. (See QS029.) About 5 lbs of seasoning mix is required to prepare 25 lbs of dry beans. ½ cup of quick bean seasoning mix will season 2 ½ cups (1 lb) of dry beans.

Ingredients

organic lentil, organic split green pea, organic split yellow pea, organic long grain brown rice. Spice pk: organic carrots, organic onions, RealSalt, organic chili pepper, organic evaporated cane juice, organic spices, organic garlic, organic onion, organic red pepper. *Spice pack sold separately for the 25 lb size.

Directions

For 15.2 & 29.5oz pks: Sort and wash beans. Soak overnight. Drain. Add bean blend to 6 cups water (15.2oz pk) or 10 cups water (29.5oz pk). Bring to a gentle boil for 30 minutes. Add seasoning packet and two 14.5oz (15.2oz pk) or two 28oz (29.5oz pk) cans of organic diced tomatoes. Cook an additional 20–30 minutes. Serves 8 (15.2oz pk) to 16 (29.5oz pk).
