Azure Market Organics whole milk powder is made from organic, pasteurized, Grade A rBST- and rBGH-free whole milk, spray dried to produce a delicious creamy white powder. This milk has not been homogenized or fortified with vitamins A or D.

Powdered milk is great for making cottage cheese, buttermilk, frozen desserts, margarine, soups, puddings, processed meats, and other cultured products. You can also easily reconstitute it into delicious liquid milk by following the directions below.

pasteurized Grade A organic whole milk (CONTAINS DAIRY)

Directions

To make 1 gallon reconstituted milk, mix 4 ½ cups milk powder with 7 cups room temperature water. Mix with wire whisk until blended, then add an additional 8 cups of water and stir. Refrigerate before serving as a beverage. Prepared whole milk should be handled in the same manner as fresh whole milk. Ratio: 1/4 cup milk powder to 1 cup water
