This Azure Market whole Grain Ivory Teff Flour is the food prepared in the grinding of cleaned Teff seeds that are of sound quality. The product is produced in accordance with good manufacturing practices and all applicable FDA regulations as amended. Teff Flour Ivory is the ancient grain of Ethiopia.

This flour is made using the Unifine Process. In the Unifine Process the grain enters a high speed rotor and is instantly shattered into fine flour - even the bran and germ are burst! Air goes through the rotor with the grain and blows the flour out, thus keeping it cool throughout the process, retaining many nutrients. With the Unifine Process the natural oils in the grain are kept intact and do not get hot like in regular grain milling and stoneground milling.

Teff is naturally gluten free and this product is packaged in a facility that is gluten tested with a consistent result of less than 20 ppm to meet the standard of gluten-free.
