Wash with warm soapy water before first use.  With cap on tight open the zipper located at the bottom of the pouch.  Fill with desired contents to fill line then press and seal shut.  Freeze or refrigerate until ready to use.  When through wash and reuse.  We recommend a bottle brush for best cleaning.
