Directions

Adults & adolescents 12 and over:  Shake bottle gently before use. A measuring cup is provided. Take 30 mL (2 Tbsp.) once daily with food, a few hours before or after taking other medications or supplements.

Keep out of reach of children. Store unopened bottle at room temperature.
