Small Footprint. Big Performance.

Don't let its size fool you. The hawos Easy features a powerful 360-watt industrial motor that delivers reliable performance for everyday home milling.

The 70 mm corundum-ceramic grinding stones are engineered to handle a wide variety of grains, from wheat and rye to harder grains such as corn. Depending on the grind setting, the Easy can produce approximately 100 g (3.5 oz.) of fine flour per minute or up to 250 g (8.8 oz.) of coarse meal per minute.

Simple, One-Handed Operation

The hawos Easy is designed to keep things uncomplicated.

Simply switch on the mill and turn the adjustment wheel to select your desired grind. The setting is continuously adjustable, giving you everything from finely milled flour to coarse groats without complicated controls or preset settings.

Whether you're making flour for bread, grinding grain for pancakes, or preparing a coarser meal, you have precise control over the texture.

Beautifully Crafted in Natural Wood

The housing is made from birch multiplex, a strong, stable laminated wood chosen for its durability and dimensional stability.

A natural linseed-oil varnish protects the surface while allowing the character of the wood to remain visible. The result is a grain mill that feels at home in the kitchen rather than looking like an industrial appliance.

And because the Easy is built with longevity in mind, it's designed to be a mill you can enjoy for many years.

Made for Fresh Flour

Freshly milled flour brings something special to home baking. With the hawos Easy, you can mill grains when you need them and adjust the grind to suit everything from everyday bread and rolls to pastries, pancakes, and coarse meals.

Compact enough for any kitchen. Powerful enough for serious home milling. Built to last.
