California Sweet White Lupin flour is made from 100% sweet white lupin bean. It is completely gluten-free and very nutritious. You’ll love that it is uniquely high in protein and fiber, low in fat and contains minimal starch (so it is low on the glycemic index).
This is a great substitute for white flour, especially for those with celiac disease. It will require a binder, like tapioca or xanthum gum to be effective in baking.
Lupins are grown in CA on a family-owned and family- operated farm.
