Directions

Brew Well to be Well. For maximum benefit, medicinal tea must be properly prepared. Pour 8 oz. freshly boiled water over a tea bag in a cup. Cover cup and steep 10-15 minutes. These steps directly influence the amount of beneficial components that will end up in your teacup! Gently squeeze the tea bag to release any remaining extract. To encourage nighttime relaxation, drink 2-3 cups late in the day and 1/2 hour before bedtime.

Do not use this product if you are pregnant. Consult your healthcare practitioner if sleeplessness persists continuously for more than two weeks; if you are taking sedative medications; or if you are breastfeeding. Consumption with alcohol is not recommended. Some people may experience drowsiness. Exercise caution if you are driving, or involved in activities requiring mental alertness within 2 hours of consumption. Do not use if you are known allergies to plants of the daisy (asteraceae) family. Not recommended for use with children under 12 years of age.
