Wind River Microbes BalanceR2 formula is a general-purpose probiotic solution for ALL classes of livestock and pets, with 2 extra rumen bacteria added. This solution is best used as an oral drench, top-dressed on feed, or ideal for spraying pastures, soils, lawns, and gardens. The 2 extra rumen bacteria are designed for use in drenching cattle, sheep, goats, deer, elk, and buffalo, or the solution may be added to watering systems.

General Directions For Use: SHAKE WELL before using
      
Treatment Type Culture Dosage Frequency
Oral drench (Loading dose, stress periods) Cattle, sheep/goats, deer, dogs, cats, and other animals Drench a rate of 30-50 ml per 100 lbs body weight. For yearling calves: Add 30 ml per head in water trough. For small animals: Add 2-4 ml per head in water container or dosimeter. Daily, for 5-7 days
Oral Dose (Maintenance) Cattle, sheep/goats, deer, dogs, cats and other animals Drench, add to water container, or top-dress feed at a rate of 15-25 ml per 100 lbs body weight. For yearling calves: Add 15-20 ml per head in water trough. For small animals: Add .25-.5 ml per head in water container or dosimeter. Daily for routine biocontrol and probiotic measures.
Emergency Bloat Aid Cattle, sheep/goats, deer, dogs, cats, and other animals Using a gastric tube or drench gun, drench at a rate of 50 ml per 100 lbs body weight. Repeat within 6-8 hrs if symptoms haven't subsided. If bloat hasn't subsided within 12 hours, seek veterinary treatment. Treat subsequently with a daily maintenance dose. One (1) to two (2) times
Pre-Partum (2-3 weeks prior to birthing) All classes of livestock Top-dress feed, or add to water container at a rate of 20-25 ml per 100 lbs body weight Daily
Postpartum All classes of livestock Top-dress feed, or add to water container at a rate of 15-20 ml per 100 lbs body weight Once Daily for 45 days
Newborn oral dose All classes of livestock Drench at a rate of 10 ml per 100 lbs. For small animals: Drench at a rate of .25-.5 ml per pound of body weight. DO NOT MIX WITH MILK REPLACER. Administer at least one hour before or after nursing. One Time
Wound Care / Skin Irritations All classes of livestock After Debriding with water, spray undiluted, liberally, on affected area(s). For severe wounds, bandaging may be necessary. Continue Treatment until wound is healed. 1-2 times daily as needed
Stall/Barn treatment All classes of livestock Mix 1/2 gal with 5 gallons water. Spray stall liberally. Prior to stalling; between rotating animals
Trough / Aquatic Cleanse All animals and aquatic facilities. For troughs: Add 1 gallon per 250 gallons of water volume. For Aquatic Facilities: Add 1 gallon per each 33 cu ft. of water volume. Once monthly, or as needed for cleansing.
